This  stunningly beautiful SECLUDED 107 acre property in ORO-MEDONTE  consists of century old sugar maples in the natural  50 or so acres of hardwood bush.  This  is a historical century old farm,   has a panoramic lake  view of the lake Simcoe  from Kempenfelt bay to Lake Couchiching,    from Barrie to Orillia      The  property  is very secluded as the house is  set back more than 1500 feet from its entrance off the 8 th line of Oro-Medonte,.   The property runs  is about half in pasture land and half in Maple bush,  it runs   has a frontage of more than 1000 feet and is more than a mile in depth, running   straight through to the 9th.    
Approx half of the property has one of the most beautiful sugar Maple forests  which is full of wild life and wild herbs.   It is  surrounded by huge  sugar maples that could be 200 years old.   There is a  large sugar shack  filled  buckets and all Maple syrup equipment  and has the date it was built (1896) drilled into the wood.     small barn suitable for sheep, llamas, alpaca needs some TLC--    Sheds and other outbuildings.

  1. 1. Investigate Mortgage Options
