Welcome to the popular, "Nottawasaga" model home located in beautiful Park Place, Wasaga Beach. This is a secure gated "Adult Community" for those of us 50+.  Very flexible for your closing date on this home.  

A private well landscaped lot with plenty of trees and shrubs surround this property, with no neighbours behind you.

Built in 2006, the square footage is 1092, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a maintenance free exterior. There are $37,000 in upgrades, (see details section).

There is a 4 car paved driveway leading up to double car attached garage complete with an insulated door with opener, steel man door and insulated walls.

In the morning you can sit on the front porch having your coffee and watch the  sunrise.

The steel front door is complete with a beveled glass insert. Upon entering the home, there is a spacious bright foyer with plenty of natural light in which to remove your shoes and hang your coat in the adjacent closet.

The living-room is very generous in size with an area rug over the laminate to give the room a warm homey feel. Laminate is also present in the kitchen and flows down the hallway to the rest of the house.
