Nokomis is a small community with all the basic small town amenities including bank, food, fuel, insurance, rink, school and post office. Nokomis prides itself on the "Best Water in the West" and is becoming well known for its Nokomis Craft Ales. Recent town improvements include water infrastructure, daycare, and fire hall. Nokomis is located approximately 1.5 hours from Saskatoon and Regina. It is located in close proximity to 3 Potash mines.
