Simple, clean and functional.  You will feel right at home as this house is warm and welcoming.   For a smaller house it feels quite spacious due to the 10' ceilings throughout.  The bathroom has a claw foot tub, perfect for relaxing in. The heated veranda offers great additional living space, currently being used as a third bedroom.  The large deck at the back of the house is south facing and wonderful for Summer entertaining.  Partially fenced back yard, single garage & a large paved drive way leading  to the main entrance of the house.

 

Renovated in 2014.  Replaced drywall throughout the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom areas.  Added tile-linoleum in the bathroom and kitchen.  Wood floors in the bedrooms and living room.
