Pride of Ownership is obvious in this lovely, four bedroom,1120 sq ft bungalow with a double detached garage, situated in a very desirable neighborhood. It would be a perfect home for a young family or a couple of any age to just move right in and enjoy . There are three elementary schools within a few blocks, bus service across the street and a park with hiking and biking trails nearby. It is only about a 15 minute walk to Sask Polytech as well.  There have been too many updates to list, but they include completely redone exterior with extra insulation, vinyl siding, triple pane windows and an attractive stacked stone facade, all professionally installed. Park like landscaping, mature trees and newer shingles complete the outside.  On the inside the kitchen and bathroom were redone in 2005, Painting throughout in 2009-2018, new flooring and light fixtures. The hardwood is original but refinished.  The basement was ENTIRELY redone in 2015 and boasts a beautiful bar area, high end gas fireplace and an impressive large ceramic tile shower in the new bathroom. Furnace and A/C were new in 2011. Extensive upgrades to plumbing and electrical have also been recently completed. These upgrades include an entirely new 100 amp electrical service with a Generator link on the meter and wiring for service to the house run underground. The wiring in the basement was entirely redone. Cast iron sewer and water lines under the basement floor have all been changed to PVC.  A very effective drainage system has been professionally installed to protect the basement from any moisture seepage. We have been non smoking owners and have had no pets. Must be seen to be appreciated.
