This is a beautiful home located between the two one-ways on South Hill.  It is across the street from  Cornerstone Christian School and a few blocks from Wakamow Park.  It is within walking distance of a daycare, bank, grocery store and mini strip mall.  It has very easy access to downtown.  It also has easy access to Manitoba Street Express that leads to the #1 Highway and the city bus stops a few doors down from this house. 

The large windows allow the natural light to brighten up the house.  Hardwood floors cover the upstairs with some ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom.  There is in-floor heating in the bathroom along with a non-fog mirror operated manually.

There is alot of cupboard space, shelves and storage under the stairs leading downstairs.

The garage is a bit bigger than a single with an oversize walk in door.  A 6-foot chain link fence surrounds the backyard with 3 gates.

The most unique highlight of this house is the curved wall with lighting on the main floor.
