Looking for a new home located in a great community? Just 30 minutes south of Regina in Milestone. This open concept bungalow, built in 2009, is 1710 square feet upstairs and downstairs.

Half of the basement is finished with a bedroom and a large living room area and the other half is unfinished, so you can finish it the way that you would like (there is room for 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom or whatever else you would like!). Upstairs includes one spacious master bedroom, two other bedrooms and two bathrooms the master bathroom has a really nice jetted tub to relax in. The open concept in the kitchen, dining room and living room allows for very easy entertaining! The vaulted ceilings throughout this home are a really great feature. All of the appliances are included in this home so it will be very easy to move into and settle in quickly. There is a great view off the large back deck to the west, with no houses blocking the setting sun! There is tons of room in the back and front yard as it is a double lot!
