Beautiful 2 bedroom bi level end unit townhouse located in popular Mount Royal Place.  The views of the prairie sunsets off the west backing extra size deck are stunning.  The home is just steps from A.E. Wilson Park and a walking/biking trail that connects all the way to the Parliament Buildings.

This townhouse backs a play park and skating rink in the winter and boasts loads of natural light from the cathedral ceiling covering the main floor.  The second floor has a large master bedroom, 4 piece ensuite, walk in closet, and a landing area which can be used as a home office or children's play area.  The basement features a 4 piece bathroom, a roomy 2nd bedroom, and a large recreation area which could easily be converted into a third bedroom.

We are the original owners of this unit and had first choice of location in the complex.  During construction we were able to add such attractive features as Roxall sound proofing in the walls, an insulated and drywalled garage, two car driveway in the front, and a central vacuum system.  The interior has recently been repainted and the roof was re-shingled in June, 2019.
