Great, 1665 sq ft custom designed, two storey that includes an income generating 2 bedroom basement suite. The suite will help off set the mortgage payments, while you still have the 380 sq ft bonus room over the attached garage that would make a great media/tv room or man cave! House was built in 2012. The main floor is open concept with an east facing den and convenient half bath. The functional kitchen includes ample espresso maple cabinets, a walk in corner pantry and all stainless steel appliances consisting of a gas stove with double oven, French door fridge, built-in microwave and dishwasher. The main floor is finished with hardwood and ceramic tile and has four south facing windows allowing for natural light to brighten this space.  Off the living room is a separate mud room with entrance to the attached, in-floor heated garage with steps to a finished, air conditioned loft area and door to a large deck area, perfect for entertaining.
