Cabin is located in the resort village of Melville beach situated in the Qu'Appelle valley.

Close to Indian point, cedar cove, crooked lake provincial park and sunset beach. Near Cowesis gas and grocery. A quick 30 minute drive from Grenfell, SK on highway #1 or Melville, SK off highway #47 - we are located on highway #247 East. 

Only one neighbour to the West side, first lot as you pull into the resort, this is a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The cabin in it's current state is in need of major repairs and TLC, therefore priced accordingly.

Situated in a quiet resort, a 5 minute walk to the water, many year round residents, 1 of few lots that are owned land vs leased land.

Summer programming is available for children. There are public washrooms at the main beach, public picnic grounds, a public beach and a public playground. There are flea markets on Sunday's and activities all along crooked lake to keep you entertained. 

The cabin is not currently inhabitable therefore being sold for land value.

There is power inside, the grounds can be camped on, there is a well dug and septic tank. 

There is a brand new 8X12 shed complete with locked door, siding and shingles, never used - could be used as storage or adapted for washroom.
