Rent it right now. November 2018 to April 2018.

Condo fees $450 and no other household expense.

Close to The Cross Canada Snowmobile Trail and Good Spirit store.

Idyllic winter setting on Trans Canada Skidoo trail. A must for all outdoorsmen.

Ice rink and Cross Country Ski trails nearby.

Newly renovated/refurnished with 5 new beds and recliner.

There are lot of fun things included and all amenities.  There are lots of games for children and adults. Golf clubs, bikes and neat stuff. Its my Man cave, no dumb rules, just; if you bust it fix it.

Fire pit and  wood. Beautiful wiener roasts area. Beautiful lawn and area with BBQs.

 Great place for kids to run and play games.

There is miniature golf near the beach that rents out paddle boards and other water sport equipment.

1 km from a Beautiful Beach and 1.5 km from provincial park boat launch. 100 yds from #1 Tee on golf course and 100 yards to Pro shop and gourmet restaurant.

Fishing is good by just casting from the rocks at the boat launch. Ample parking for a boat on short term basis. We have had good luck fishing 1 mile out from the boat launch.

I furnished it with a lot of fun stuff for guests enjoyment. Lift up the top of the kitchen table and it is a poker table with other games also. Two card tables also.

Beautiful knotty pine interior and wonderful roomy open loft construction.

 Clean, renovated and boiler heated.

Golf all day, cook on BBQ or backyard fire pit and spend evenings playing indoor games around the cozy fireplace in an idyllic antique setting.
