This year round custom designed waterfront home is located on beautiful Pasqua Lake, only 15 minutes from Fort QuAppelle and 40 minutes from Regina. 

The lot is 70 x 230, level to the north road at main entrance to the property, features double wide driveway providing easy access in winter for all vehicles, including septic trucks.  No steep inclines or stairs to deal with. There is a detached 24 x 24 double car garage and loft (future development) at the north edge of the lot, as well as parking space for large RVs, extra vehicles, ice shacks, garden sheds etc.  Lots of room for storage and toys.

This yard is a gardeners delight, beautifully landscaped on three levels. Numerous perennials provide a low maintenance yard.  Huge garden.  Landscaping is rock walls and paving stones, lots of mature fruit trees and shrubs.
