1950 Home 60% upgraded/renovated.  Renovations were completed in 2013 and 2014.  Renovations include new electrical through out entire house, new insulation and dry wall upstairs, new light fixtures and entertainment center (included), new attic insulation, concrete foundation inspected and sealed, foam block insulation installed along concrete foundation with new wood frame walls installed inside basement.  Sump pumped installed.  Integrated fire and carbon monoxide alarm system installed.  New furnace with central air and air conditioner installed in 2010.  Shingles and metal cladding upgraded in 2010.  New water heater in 2018. 

Outside water faucet.  Garden shed in the back yard included as well.  Massive park like back yard that features mature trees and hedges.  Front flower beds feature low maintenance plants and shrubs.  Main entrance steps replaced in 2018 (100% pressure treated lumber).  Front porch steps are concrete.

Living room, hallway and master bedroom feature hardwood flooring.  Second upstairs bedroom is carpet.  Kitchen provides plenty of work space and storage.

Basement is partially finished.  Has one office space and /or bedroom, second room partially finished that was intended to be a new laundry room (sump pump is in this room).  Mechanical room has an open area with a work bench.  The rest of the basement is open and unfinished.
