I have to say that I was impressed with ComFree at every stage of my home sale. Their support was stellar and they made the whole process simple and easy.

ComFree was fantastic to deal with and saved me thousands of dollars in realtor commission fees when I sold my Edmonton property in Nov 2025. They were very supportive and responsive and the process was very simple to follow. All you need is a good real estate lawyer to handle the transaction. ComFree did the MLS listing, photoshoot and the virtual tour. They were very prompt with any edits I requested on the MLS listing. I think more people should be using ComFree to save thousands on rather unnecessary realtor commissions. If you do your research and price your property right, you will sell in days, if not weeks. The condo sign was well made and durable. I would suggest to buy a lock box from Amazon (about $20) to keep the keys in case the buyer comes with their agent. Also remember to advertise on the MLS listing to say "Buyer agent commission is available". My buyer had their own agent but I saved a lot of money on Seller agent commission. And I sold mine in 10 days. 10/10 experience with ComFree and I would 100% recommend ComFree if you want to save a lot of money!!

Very easy seamless process, I would highly recommend to anyone selling there home. Everything you need is included in your package and its so much nicer for the buyers of your home no back and forth calls and texts with agents asking questions about your property that you can answer fast and easily. And who better to answer and promote your home but YOU! You pay the lawyer the same fees regardless so why not sell your home your self. 5 Stars wish I knew about ComFree before I cant stop talking about them.
Happy with the experience. Add on Realtor.com brought in 6 leads. Most of the realtors required a fee/commission. The fee that I ended up paying was about 0.6%. I used my own lawyer and that cost about $2500

Very good experience selling with ComFree. Anytime I called with questions I could speak to a real person right away and they were always extremely helpful walking me through the sales process. There was some effort involved with lining up showings with prospective buyers and their realtors but overall well worth the tens of thousands saved in commission. Also made selling the property much easier when dealing with a private (non-realtor) buyer as it made the negotiation process very simple for both parties using our solicitors. ComFree is an excellent way to get your property advertised on Realtor.ca while saving you big bucks.
Selling with ComFree has been great! It was actually less work than working with a realtor and doing the back a forth dance! I was also pretty shocked with how much I saved not paying commission. They also have a bunch of resources and people to help if have any questions or need anything, super easy and on your time and terms!
