Sold my house privately in 4 weeks. Kept any real estate agents fees back in my pocket. Both myself and my buyer used their recommended lawyer and seemed the best in the end. Be prepared to lose 50% of buyers though if you do not want to pay real estate agent fees for them to show your house to their Clients.
Comfree was very easy to deal with. Responses to my questions were immediate. Professional photos and videos. Be prepared to do your own work like staging and negotiations but I saved thousands on commissions so it was well worth the work.

We got a lot of traffic from our ComFree listing for vacant land. We were able to complete the sale using their self-guided forms and the law office they recommended. ComFree staff were very responsive and the process was relatively straight forward. While there is a lot of work involved in preparing your property for sale and managing this list, ComFree made it very easy and really affordable.
