I was thankful for the savings selling our home through Comfree. We did use the MLS but were sold in 24 hours. I struggled with all the online stuff to do but someone always answered the phone to assist me. I made the suggestion to do some training videos to help with the on line process and received a call from the owner who thought it was a good idea. Over all a good experience.

Our experience with ComFree was absolutely flawless. Their team was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The only negative experience we encountered was with a real estate agent who tried to pressure us into paying full commission fees. She presented an offer and gave us only six hours to accept it or the deal would be withdrawn. The approach was very aggressive, and when we declined, her response was simply, “Good luck!” Thoughout the negative experience thankfully comfree was there to help guide us though it. In the end, we successfully sold our home without agents on either the buyer’s side or our side, and we saved a significant amount of money by listing with ComFree.
