ComFree Inc agrees to supply, at client’s request, the following goods & services:
ComFree will refund your full service fee if you do not sell
Home must be marketed on ComFree/Realtor.ca for 6 consecutive months. Home must be priced within AIC Appraisal range. If you choose to cancel with ComFree after 6 months and request a full refund as your home didn’t sell, the property is to be listed with ComFree’s preferred agent. Listing must be in good standing, with no citations for not showing the home. Maximum eligible refund will be for $997 less any promotional add-ons if applicable.

All buyers and sellers agree that ComFree may advertise that the client has used the services of ComFree. The buyer and seller agree to place a SOLD sign on the property for at least 14 days following the sale of their home. Services are provided for clients above property/address while marketing their property with ComFree only. The use of any other real estate marketing service to market the above property address while using ComFree must be approved by ComFree, or services provided by ComFree will be discontinued without refund or advance notice. All efforts will be made to ensure accuracy, but ComFree cannot be held liable for advertising errors or availability interruptions caused by the publisher. Service fees are non-refundable.
To accord with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the vendor{s)agrees to allow ComFree to use information gathered during this process and ComFree agrees only to use this information to further sale of the vendor's home, which may include sharing information with a cooperating broker, and for price-comparison purposes. Publisher cannot be responsible for any errors and omissions.
