Gorgeous Katepwa year round lakefront cottage with green space to the lake. 1020 ft.². There are 8 French Garden doors in total, two off the kitchen, four off the living room and two off the master bedroom, bringing in amazing natural light, which leads you to a beautiful outdoors. Green space in front has a legal caveat that permanently prevents purchase or development of land, resulting in permanent lakefront view and access  

There is a large living room with a see-through fireplace to the dining room covered on both sides with an Elderado country rubble stone, with a reclaimed wood mantel. The kitchen and dining room are separated by a Peninsula with an open floor concept.

The entire house is dark maple hardwood, with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen being ceramic tile.

There is over 800 ft.² of deck out the front and back of the cottage. There is open common space out the back yard. There is a front common space, which is all part of a shared development, a sandy green lakefront space that is over 600 feet long. 

Enjoy this cottage all throughout the winter and Christmas with the see-through 60000 BTU fireplace. There is also infloor heating in the bathroom as well as baseboard heating in the bedrooms. The cottage would often be too warm in the winter time!
