If you choose to cancel with ComFree after 6 months and request a full refund as your home didn’t sell, the property is to be listed with ComFree’s preferred agent. Listing must be in good standing, with no citations for not showing the home. Maximum eligible refund will be for $1197 less any promotional add-ons if applicable.
