We are scaling rapidly and looking for high-energy Sales Executives to join the movement.
The Role: This isn’t your typical real estate job. You aren’t chasing listings or begging for referrals.
- 80% Inbound: Our AI handles the nurturing; you handle the closing.
- High Velocity: Focus on consultations and high-volume listing conversions.
- No Red Tape: No real estate license required, no desk fees, and no “traditional” overhead.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries from homeowners ready to sell.
- Conduct professional consultations to explain the ComFree advantage.
- Close 50+ listings per month using our proven, tech-enabled sales process.
- Thrive in a metric-driven, competitive, and winning culture.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $36,000/year.
- Commission: $150–$200 per listing.
- Accelerators: Performance bonuses and growth incentives.
- OTE: $120,000+ per year (Expected performance of 50 listings/month).
