The main level features an oversize foyer 6.5 X16.5 with lots of room for boots and coats, and a great room. The great room is 775 square feet of open space with a high ceiling (I guess at least 16 feet high). Someone could do something spectacular with this space. It was previously a meeting hall and has a large flat gravel parking lot. There are signs of an old leak in the ceiling in the basement entrance and the southwest side of the foyer. The roof has since been re-shingled and there is no sign of an active leak. This property is in an excellent location 10 minutes or less from Bridgewater and its amenities.
