Service Guarantee
ComFree Inc agrees to supply, at client’s request, the following goods & services:
- Professional signage, lawn sign & directionals delivered to your home. Client agrees to install a SOLD sticker for 2 weeks, following the sale of their home
- Step-by-step guide on selling their home, with 7 day/week access to ComFree phone and/or online support to successfully sell your home
- Create and market a unique QR code for every client, allowing buyers easy access to your home details
- Market client’s home on ComFree.com and REALTOR.ca; client agrees to share listing with social media network via comfree.com
- Provide home pricing support with comparables via MLS ® database on ComFree.com
- Provide access to our preferred legal partner* offering you support in completing the offer and preferred closing rates ($699+tax & disbursements)
- Professional VR photography application for home photos & tour
- A ComFree.com and REALTOR.ca listing (Mere Posting)
- All Services will be provided continuously to the package maximum length; up to a maximum of 6 months (Basic Listing package), 12 months (Premium Listing Package) and Until Sold (Guaranteed Sales Package)
Money Back Guarantee
ComFree knows that there are only 2 factors in any successful sale; Price and Exposure. With the full exposure of the MLS/Realtor.ca, the only reason a property wouldn’t sell is due to price. The Money Back Guarantee reflects this. ComFree will refund your service fee if you do not sell. Terms and Conditions: Home must be marketed on ComFree/Realtor.ca for 6 consecutive months. Listing must be in good standing, with no citations for not showing the home. If your home hasn’t sold after 6 months and you choose to cancel your service with ComFree, the property is to be listed and sold on the MLS with an agent of your choice for the same price or more as you were listed with ComFree.
Once your property has SOLD, please forward the Sold MLS data sheet, and your refund will be processed within 5 days of the closing date. Maximum eligible refund will be the amount paid for your ComFree listing package up to a maximum of $1197.
